Enterprise service options include;
- Dedicated Internet Access (DIA): Symmetric 1 Gig or 10G fiber. Full-featured service with redundant uplinks and guaranteed speeds.
- Dark Fiber: Dark fiber is suited to businesses looking for unrestricted capacity between locations. It allows connectivity between offices and data centers at a choice of speeds.
- Ethernet Private Line: EPL service provides managed Ethernet connectivity between locations. Ethernet Private Lines are ideal for connecting multiple office locations or offices to regional data centers.

Where are PAXIO enterprise services available?
PAXIO services for enterprises are available across the San Francisco Bay Area. Our footprint is continually expanding as we build more fiber routes and connect buildings and data centers to our managed fiber network. In September 2023, we acquired Fastmetrics to expand our commercial services across the Northern California area.
Currently, we provide fiber services to multiple businesses, buildings, data centers and carriers in the following locations;
- San Francisco: PAXIO has a strong footprint in San Francisco, and can service a wide range of businesses regardless of bandwidth needs.
- East Bay: PAXIO services large East Bay businesses, campuses and office buildings that require consistent high speeds for productivity and business functions. We assist companies expand their fiber connected office spaces, for growth.
- South Bay: South Bay businesses utilize our Professional Office plans and Enterprise services for demanding bandwidth, data transfer and cloud based infrastructure needs. This allows them to remain competitive and at the forefront of technology. Our South Bay enterprise fiber services are currently available in select areas of San Jose, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale and Milpitas.
- Peninsula: PAXIO enterprise fiber offers dedicated internet at speeds that standard broadband can’t match, a huge benefit for businesses. Our EPL and dark fiber offerings help build network and data infrastructure. This allows multiple locations to stay connected and office expansions across the Bay Area.
How much are PAXIO enterprise services?
PAXIO Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) for enterprises is suited to larger businesses. It is available in ten different levels, based on business bandwidth needs. Month to month contracts are available.
Business Fiber: Provides 25 Mbps fiber, burstable to 1 Gigabit.
Enterprise: Provides 10G symmetric fiber. Free installation also available.
Ethernet Private Line: Services are tailored to your business needs. Free installation available.
Dark Fiber / Waves: Contact us for quotes on dark fiber and wavelength services, based on specific needs.
