Phillip Clark - CEO
In 2003, Mr. Clark founded PAXIO with one goal. To deliver more broadband and more choice to local communities. Over the last ten years, PAXIO has lead the market in delivering fiber to the home and dramatically improved the value and services available to businesses. PAXIO was the first provider in the U.S. to deliver residential gigabit Internet service.
In 2000, Mr. Clark co-founded FiberRide Inc., which was one of the first companies to deliver fiber-to-the-home. During his three year tenure as President, FiberRide deployed fiber networks to projects developed by Pulte Homes, Shea Homes, Pardee Homes, KB Home, Woodside Homes, and Richmond American Homes. Mr. Clark worked directly with key manufacturers to customize product solutions and deliver next-generation services to homeowners.
In 1996, Mr. Clark co-founded and served as President of Symbio Internet Services, which constructed and operated high-speed networks within large apartment communities. Symbio’s coverage expanded to three states and achieved takes rates in excess of three times the national average.
Mr. Clark received the Tech Community of the Year award in 2002 for the Canyon Hills development by Pardee Homes. In 2007 he received the Cornerstone award from Broadband Properties for the most notable deployment of fiber-to-the-home.
