HOW IT WORKS

A Dedicated Fiber Optic Cable will be installed directly into your home at no cost to you. We work directly with you to ensure you know what is happening from start to finish. Typically the process of connecting a home takes no more than 2 weeks. 

Getting connected is a simple process:

1. Scoping Visit- We’ll contact you to confirm a time to meet at your home. We’ll discuss the installation process and agree on the best locations for the fiber equipment to be fitted.
   
2. Exterior Visit- One of our crews will carry out outside work on your property in order to physically connect your home to the fiber network that runs down your street.
   
3. Connection Visit- We’ll meet you at your home to install the internal equipment and get your connection up and running.
